Today’s Penn State football headlines feature a big, necessary change in order to knock off Iowa and three prospects surging in the latest 247Sports recruiting rankings.
Penn State’s defense is looking to shake off the slow starts that have posed problems in the team’s 0-4 start, and the goal is to find that aggressive touch early against Iowa. The Lions have trailed by double-digits in all four of their game this season, so the aim for Brent Pry and his defense will be to settle in and get aggressive early, writes Parth Upadhyaya for the Centre Daily Times.
Penn State got some welcome good news on the 2021 recruiting front on Wednesday with three commits making their debuts in the updated 247Sports rankings. Tyler Donohue from Lions247 has more on the climbs made by Jamari Buddin, Kalen King and Lonnie White Jr., which also fueled a bump for the Lions in the team rankings.
